Shipping and Delivery

At Austa Laser Artistry, we know how exciting it is to wait for a special order to arrive. As a small Australian business, we take great care in creating, packaging, and shipping every piece safely from our workshop to your door.

We proudly ship Australia-wide using Australia Post and provide tracking on all orders for peace of mind.

How long will my order take?

Because your items are custom-made, there are two parts to the timeline: Production Time (the time we need to make it) and Shipping Time (the time Australia Post takes to deliver it).

  • Our Production Time: We aim to have most orders ready to go within 3–5 business days.
  • Large Bulk Orders: For high-volume or complex custom orders, we may need a little extra time to ensure every detail is perfect. If this is the case, we’ll always reach out and chat through a revised timeline with you.

Australia Post Delivery Estimates


Once your order is in the hands of Australia Post, here is a general guide of when to expect it:

Metro 2–5 business days 1–3 business days
Regional 4–8 business days 2–5 business days
Remote 7–14 business days 4–9 business days

 

Orders placed before 12pm AEST on a business day are dispatched same day. Orders placed after this, on weekends, or on public holidays will be dispatched the next business day.

Please note: These are estimates provided by Australia Post. You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is on its way so you can follow its journey!

Need your order in a hurry?


Left it to the last minute? Don't worry—we’ve all been there! If you have a tight deadline or a last-minute gift request, please contact us at info@austalaserartistry.com.au before you order. While we can't perform miracles every time, we are always happy to see if we can fast-track your production to meet your special date.

Bulk Orders 


Planning a wedding, corporate event, baby shower, or large celebration? We love helping bring special events to life.

For bulk orders or large deliveries, we recommend contacting our team before ordering so we can discuss production timelines, shipping options, and delivery scheduling to help ensure everything arrives together and on time.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels


We take great care to package all orders securely for transit. However, once parcels have been handed to Australia Post, they will be managing the package  for its next step of the journey. 

If your parcel is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact Australia Post directly using your tracking number to lodge an enquiry or claim.

Shipping Address Information


Please double-check your shipping address carefully at checkout, including unit numbers and postcodes.

Once an order has been dispatched, we’re unfortunately unable to change or redirect delivery details. Any delivery updates will need to be arranged directly with Australia Post where available.
